Stretching 148 miles (238 km) across the Florida peninsula, State Road 70 (SR 70) spans five Florida counties and straddles the northern boundaries of two more.Its western terminus is at US 41 (14th Street West) south of Bradenton (Manatee County); its eastern terminus is an intersection of Virginia Avenue and South Fourth Street (U.S. Route 1/SR 5) in Fort Pierce (St. Lucie County).
The western segment of SR 2 extends 63 miles (101 km) from its western terminus (an intersection with SR 81) south of Sweet Gum Head, Florida to the Georgia border near Bascom, Florida. The road continues across the Chattahoochee River and becomes Georgia State Route 91 in Seminole County, Georgia near Donalsonville.

State Road 79 (SR 79) is a north–south highway in the panhandle of Florida.It is a popular route for tourists to and from the Panama City Beach area. The route begins at Alabama State Route 167 at the Alabama–Florida border and runs to its southern terminus at US 98 in Panama City Beach, Florida.
State Road 76 (SR 76), also known and signed as Kanner Highway, is a 31.504-mile-long (50.701 km) northeast-southwest (signed east–west) state highway connecting Port Mayaca on the shore of Lake Okeechobee at the intersection with US 98-441 (SR 700-SR 15) with Stuart on the shore of the St. Lucie River near the Atlantic Ocean and the Treasure Coast at an intersection with US 1 ().
About a mile (2 km) before the east end of SR 10, at the east end of the bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway, SR A1A (Mayport Road) joins from the north. There is an incorrect overhead sign that says the Mayport Road flyover ramp is SR 101 , however the SR 101 designation does not begin on Mayport Road for another 2.3 miles (3.6 km).
