Tulalip Bay is a former census-designated place (CDP) in western Snohomish County, Washington, United States. The population was 1,561 at the 2000 census. The CDP was discontinued at the 2010 census. [3] It is the largest community within the reservation of the federally recognized Tulalip Tribes of Washington.
Around 1890, Forbes constructed a wooden causeway to connect the village to Kirkland's newly-established Market Street. [3] In 1902 Harry Langdon established a feed store and service station at what is now the intersection of 98th Ave NE and NE 116th Ave, which remains Juanita's central business district.

Northwest Indian College is an accredited four-year college located on the Lummi Indian Reservation in Washington state, near the city of Bellingham. In addition the NWIC's main campus in Lummi, the college has six sites located in Swinomish, Tulalip, Port Gamble S'Klallam, Muckleshoot, Nisqually, and Nez Perce. [12]
