NRHP reference No. 75000352 [1] Added to NRHP. April 24, 1975. Bonelli House is at the corner of Fifth and Spring Streets in Kingman, Arizona, United States. [1] The house was built in 1915. It was evaluated for National Register listing as part of a 1985 study of 63 historic resources in Kingman that led to this and many others being listed.
Listed in the National Register of Historic Places within the Kingman Commercial Historic District on May 14, 1986, reference: #86001153. [11] The Hotel Beale – built in 1900 and located at 325 E Andy Devine Ave. (formerly Front Street). In 1906 the Beale Hotel was purchased by Tom Devine, father of actor Andy Devine.
Description. The Raymond Carr House is located at 620 Oak Street in Kingman, Arizona. The home was built in 1916 in the Neo-Colonial Revival style. B. Allen Brown and H. W. Charleton & Co. were the architect and contractor. It has a native stone foundation including the lower wall, and stone came from A. H. Smith Quarry.
