Discount Mags (discount mags.com) Not sure if this will be helpful to you, but here it is anyway. A couple of months ago I started receiving a free subscription to People. The address on the mailing label includes “courtesy of zeazeocoffee.com”. I went to the ZEAZEO coffee website and they do indeed confirm that they sometimes send out free ...
Magazine companies will actually send out to random people in hopes they will sign up for a subscription. If you want proof of this, check the circulation info in a magazine's disclosures. Somewhere in the magazine, at least once a year (unless the law changed), they're supposed to disclose circulation stats.
I just went through something similar. First, the other commenters about contacting your bank directly are all good advice, please take it. Also, it may take 2 or even 3 cycles. The scammy magazine subscription companies will try to keep charging whatever card they have. Don't contact them.
This is somebody entering fake subscriptions for the commission. 1. Physical-Geologist42. • 2 yr. ago. Yea...I get a few different magazines in the mail every month that I never subscribed to....but they're in my name. When I called to cancel from the third party, Mike read a written explanation that this is a promotional subscription that perhaps if I like I would be willing pay for when it expires in 2024.
You are not responsible for this at all. No one will send you a bill, and if they do, you are under no obligation to pay it. Any action you take to "fix" the issue is using your personal time to fix someone else's mistake, and you are under no obligation to do that. Worse case scenario, some unlucky person is out a magazine subscription, a very ...
A few months later, unsolicited, a magazine called Power Boating & Yachting started coming every month. Dad liked it and read it every month. We moved, and dad had mom send the magazine a change of address card. So then we started getting TWO copies of Power Boating & Yachting every month.
