Guess Who I Saw Yesterday Quest. Making a Decision. Halo_Hell_666 14 years ago #1. "You can also inform the Doctor the risk is too great and Lily should not wear it, or you can tell him you think Lily should continue to wear the Mark II prototype." Is there any difference to ANYTHING at all based on if I choose for Lily to keep wearing the Mk.
Accepted Answer. To active lily quest you need to active theses conditions. 1. You have talked to Lily about Leo and replied about it (generally available in her typical dialog tree asking her about herself) 2. What's the best ending for Lily? *spoilers*. SomboSteel 13 years ago #1. Would it be the one where she takes her medicine all the time, and later forgets her grandkids? Or the one where she takes it in half-doses and her mind remains muddled, and later she goes out west seeking the remnants of her past?

Saying she has a best ending is like saying Veronica has a happy ending between alienation, death, exile, or wandering the earth. "I am the Truest Repairman!"
Kept going back to Nash's to find him. Wasn't there. ot tired of checking. Than coming out of fast travel at entrance to New Vegas strip and started walikng up to the gate. Low and behold EDE appears out of the entrance startling me. Started me so I started shooting EDE befor I realized it was him.
She needs to take her medicine, but doing so causes her to forget her grandchildren. I suppose her grandchildren are long dead and they wouldn't want her to suffer like she has been, but it still doesn't feel right making her taking her medicine.
