The joint Russian-Turkish center for monitoring the ceasefire regime and all military operations in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone (RTJMC, Azerbaijani: Rusiya-Türkiyə Birgə Monitorinq Mərkəzi, Turkish: Rusya-Türkiye Ortak Merkezi) is a ceasefire monitoring center in the Aghdam district.
