Hyatt Regency is a brand of hotels under the Hyatt banner. The brand contains 211 locations in 189 cities over 40 countries, [ 1 ] [ 2 ] and is one of the company's 14 hotel brands overall. [ 2 ] It tends to cater to business travelers.
In 1992 Danko left to become the chef of the Terrace restaurant at the Ritz Carlton, San Francisco. He was then appointed the executive chef of the Dining Room at the Ritz Carlton, S.F.Ritz-Carlton. Gary opened his eponymous restaurant in 1999, and has won numerous awards, including a Michelin star first awarded in 2007.
After Tower's departure the restaurant was reopened briefly by new investors under the same name but with a less expensive, Mediterranean concept.
