Hard Rock Cafe, Inc. is a chain of theme bar-restaurants, memorabilia shops, casinos and museums founded in 1971 by Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton in London.In 1979, the cafe began covering its walls with rock and roll memorabilia, a tradition which expanded to others in the chain.
One of its best known locations are Hard Rock Cafe Bucharest and Berăria H (one of the largest beer halls in Europe). Tineretului Park was created in 1965 and designed as the main recreational space for southern Bucharest. It contains a Mini Town which is a play area for kids.

Isaac Burton Tigrett (born November 28, 1948) is an American businessman, best known as the co-founder of Hard Rock Café and House of Blues. He is the widower of the late Maureen Cox Tigrett (formerly Starkey), the ex-wife of Beatle drummer Ringo Starr. His wife died of leukemia in 1994.
