The individual event of 2020 Pan Am Badminton Championships was planned to be held from 23 to 26 April in Guatemala City, Guatemala, [2] but later the tournament was moved to Lima, Peru. The Championships then were suspended in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic , with competition in Lima eventually being cancelled.
