Crisis Services’ 24-Hour Suicide Prevention and Crisis Counseling Program has been a staple in the Erie County and WNY area for over 50 years with several hotlines that provide 24-hour, 7-days-a-week support to anyone calling into the agency.
The Mobile Outreach Program is the mobile unit of Erie County Medical Center’s Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP). This program provides community-based mental health intervention to individuals in Erie County who are experiencing a mental health crisis.

The Advocate Department offers short or long term, trauma-informed Case Management services to survivors of rape/sexual assault, domestic violence, family violence, and elder abuse, throughout Erie County.
