The Federal Correctional Institution, Beckley (FCI Beckley) is a medium-security United States federal prison for male inmates in West Virginia. It is operated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, a division of the United States Department of Justice. An adjacent satellite camp houses minimum-security inmates.

The facility was dedicated on December 12, 1994, and received it first inmates on February 14, 1995. Inmate transfers were completed on March 27, 1995, and the West Virginia Penitentiary was closed. Total construction costs for MOCC were $61.8 million. The facility is encompassed by a secure perimeter fence approximately one mile long.
The prison's fate was sealed in 1986 when the West Virginia State Supreme Court ruled that confinement to a 5-by-7-foot cell was considered cruel and unusual punishment.
