I've just recently found that it is actually Kaitlyn Robrock who is the new voice actress for Minnie Mouse. The only source that proves this is in Mickey Mouse Mixed-Up Adventures, in the end credits for the episode: "Mickey's Roomate / Minnie's Bow-Tel". No other source at this time...
