I did some editing to clarify this but it needs some work. I would even suggest that there might even be three Yahoo!'s. The original Yahoo! Inc. from 1995-2017, the Oath/Verizon Media from 2017-2021 wholly owned by Verizon Communications, and the current incarnation of Yahoo! Inc. managed by Apollo with Verizon Communications as a minority stake.
