Rosa Luisa DeLauro [1] [2] (/ d ɪ ˈ l ɔː r oʊ / dih-LOR-oh; born March 2, 1943) is an American politician who is in her 18th term as the U.S. representative for Connecticut's 3rd congressional district, having served since 1991.
