Turku University of Applied Sciences (abbr. TUAS, Finnish Turun ammattikorkeakoulu) is a multidisciplinary higher education institution in the city of Turku and Salo in Southwest Finland. The institute began operations as a temporary polytechnic in autumn 1992.
