I've been thinking about making a ramen topping mix for myself lately. I wanted to add dried shrimp, dried mushroom pieces, dried corn, dried egg pieces, dried cabbage, dried green onions, and possibly dried fish cakes to a container and essentially scoop it into my cup ramen before cooking for extra toppings.

Inside the package there is a little package of dried mushrooms and other herbs. Idk what all is in there but I like it. Where can I find a cup or two in volume in a large shaker/jar or sealable bag of these herbs mixed together? I don't need the powder base or spices; just the dried vegetables and herbs. Thanks
While the ramen is cooking make your toppings, I did crispy tofu and was delicious, grab your tofu and cut it, put corn starch on it with garlic powder. Then make the tofu sauce, I did it with soya sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, little of brown sugar, sesame seeds and some garlic powder.

It's easy to keep dry toppings around and freezing comes meats, but I hate the idea of buying a large portion of bamboo shoots, wakame etc. and have them go to waste. I'd appreciate any advice on toppings that freeze well or stay good in the fridge for a while. I love cooking, especially soups, but I'm new to making ramen.
