I've carried the P320 Compact 45 IWB small of the back, but more recently I've been carrying the P365 IWB in a kydex holster, alternating between appendix and SoB.

According to sig talk nothing matters or makes any difference. On the hand, most people who shoot comps, including the xmacro comp, say it does.
