On January 1, 2021, One PH's programming (except for overnight slots) was integrated into the programming schedule of Radyo5. On January 1, 2021, all programs of One PH are simulcast on One Sports via live streaming on its website, as well as 92.3 Radyo5 True FM (except overnight slots). The livestream later reverted to One Sports a few days later.
From July 3 to July 31, 2023, the show airs every weekday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on One PH and One News, with an hour-delayed simulcast on Radyo5 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Radyo5 simulcasted the noontime edition from 2019 until January 20, 2023, when the station launched its new in-house programming lineup on January 23.

DWFM signed on in 1973 as MRS 92.3 (MRS meaning Most Requested Song), Manila's third FM station at that time. Having an adult contemporary format during its existence, the station is known for playing the most requested song every hour. DWFM quickly became the top-rated FM station in Manila, and held this title for most of its existence.
