Jenkins, 515 U.S. 70 (1995), is a case decided by the United States Supreme Court.On June 12, 1995 the Court, in a 5–4 decision, reversed a district court ruling that required the state of Missouri to correct intentional racial discrimination in Kansas City schools by funding salary increases and remedial education programs.
