Mörön (Mongolian: Мөрөн; ᠮᠥᠷᠡᠨ, lit. 'river'), also spelled Murun, is the administrative center of Khövsgöl Aimag (province) in northern Mongolia. Before 1933, Khatgal had been the aimag capital.
