The 2013 River Downs meet was moved to Beulah Park as the racing oval and grandstand were torn down to be relocated closer to the barn area. In October 2013, Pinnacle renamed River Downs as Belterra Park. [4] In October 2018, Boyd Gaming purchased the property from Pinnacle, along with three other casinos. [5]
