Curry County is the southwesternmost county in the U.S. state of Oregon located on the South Coast. As of the 2020 census, the population was 23,446. [1] The county seat is Gold Beach. Langlois / ˈ l æ ŋ l ɪ s / is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Curry County, Oregon, United States, on the Oregon Coast established in 1881. It had a population of 177 in 2010. [4] Langlois was once famous for its blue cheese, until the cheese factory burned down in the 1950s. It was never rebuilt.
