I'm making a furry text-based choose your own adventure game that's like 95% gay and is completely free, if that fits the bill. I'm almost ready to release the third demo. It's mostly centered around Bad Ends, in the style of those old timey CYOA books.

My personal favourites: Choice of Games (written by "in-house" authors) Heart of the House; Vampire: The Masquerade - Night Road; V:TM is probably most RPG of these Hosted Games ("quest writers")
