What you're asking for help on is not a speed issue but a loop issue. You want it to keep going pressing the buttons forever, until you tell it to stop. Read the docs on loops.
I upgraded to Windows 10 today, and now my SpeedAutoClicker from fabi.me (I guess it is a very common one) doesn't work for Clicker Heroes anymore. I can use it on my Desktop. But when my mouse cursor is on the ClickerHeroes window, it doesnt work. I cant even activate it, when I'm mouse over :/
