Burgos, is a highland and landlocked municipality characterized by predominantly hilly terrain, spanning a total land area of 7,082 hectares. The municipality is bordered to the north by Bagulin, to the south and west by Naguilian, and to the east by Sablan in Benguet. The Naguilian River runs through the town, with 11.40 kilometers of riverbanks.
The district consists of the western Pangasinan city of Alaminos and adjacent municipalities of Agno, Anda, Bani, Bolinao, Burgos, Dasol, Infanta, Mabini and Sual. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Arthur F. Celeste of the Nacionalista Party (NP). [4]
