ECHO, Leahy Center for Lake Champlain, formerly the Lake Champlain Basin Science Center, is a science and nature museum located on the Burlington waterfront in northern Vermont. The Burlington Office was officially established on March 29, 1906, at 601 Main Street in a building of its own. [1] Burlington Municipal Airport opened a weather station on February 4, 1934, but all reports were sent from the City Office.
