Highpoint on Columbus Commons is a $50 million mixed-use development project in Columbus, Ohio consisting of both multi-family and retail space. Highpoint includes 301 apartments and townhomes, built with approximately 23,000 square feet of street-level retail fronting on High Street, the main north–south thoroughfare through Columbus, Ohio.
The complex was completed in 2001. It consists of Miranova Condominiums and Miranova Corporate Tower, located at 1 and 2 Miranova Place respectively. Miranova Corporate Tower is 157 ft (48 m) tall and has 12 floors, while Miranova Condominiums is 314 ft (96 m) tall and has 26 floors, making it one of the tallest residential buildings in Ohio.
The project formally began in 2016 when the city solicited design ideas; it selected a winning proposal in 2017. Construction began in 2023. The building will be a mixed-use development with a hotel, residential units, office space, a restaurant, bar, private club, and space for an expansion of North Market.
