Katong Park Hotel was a prominent hotel on the corner of Meyer Road and Arthur Road in Singapore. Opened as the Embassy Hotel in 1953, it was the "biggest" hotel in Malaya to have been opened following the end of World War II at the time.

Teo Ah Hong (1953 - 2020) was the first woman to obtain a commercial pilot license in Singapore and later became an instructor at the Singapore Flying College. She was posthumously inducted into the Singapore Women's Hall of Fame .
