    Hosin, shaoxing rice wine, and oyster sauce. Mainly the oyster sauce for beef+broccoli. That's in addition to the usual garlic/green onion/ginger and soy sauce. Maybe just a tad bit of sesame oil too. If you like it pungent, get some red chiles and sechuan peppercorns too.
