Use the Katsu app but it's kinda plagued with ads. Personally, I've been using Documents by Readdle on my iPhone and iPad to download episodes from either 4anime or gogoanime. The app's built-in browser allows you to download anime from the said sites. Between Katsu and Readdle, I'm more inclined to use Readdle. Cheers!
