Probably. The Icon boxes are built notably better than the USG, but the USG is a fantastic value. The biggest difference between the two, outside the build quality and feel of the drawers, is the depth of the Icon vs the USG (Icon is deeper, USG is wider). Toolboxes don’t make you money, what’s in it does.

You have to ask or know the people that work there. I wasn't even trying to buy a box but one of the employees asked if I wanted a screaming deal on a Yukon box that was locked with no keys.

The ones on marketplace keep getting snatched up within hours of being posted. I've basically decided I will get a series 3 or Icon from HF but I wanted to try and save some money on it,. I wouldn't mind if its dented if there is a discount. I'm just curious what methods you all have found to get the box you wanted and getting a discount on it ...
All sold now, imagine that took about an hour. Paying that much for a tool box from harbor freight is insane. Paying 4 times that for a tool truck box is even more insane. No one’s going to harbor freight to drop thousands on a tool box either. Check your local marketplace. There is no shortage of people selling nice snap on, Matco and Mac boxes for good prices. Now, the US general carts are nice, and priced appropriately.
In that price range id take a look at the 36 inch cart, it's a bit taller and has some special storage for longer items on the sides. The 56 inch bottom box is also a good layout. The only problem with non-tool truck boxes is that they max out at 24-25" deep, whereas the top-end tool truck boxes are 30".
