After I updated Windows 10 ver 1909 build 18363.1082 I cannot log in to my banking site using any browser - Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome or Edge. The site opens but when I click on the Banking Log On icon the screen clears and the page to enter user name and password does not load. I had this problem after a previous update.
