I sat today at my laptop 2/11/2021 to uninstall Flash Player from it completly. I am shocked that it does not show in Program and Features at all. It appears as never installed, yet the ico is still in the control panel. How do I remove from my Windows 10 64 bits completly?? Thanks.

1 Correct answer. The mesage comes up as Windows Defender SmartScreen is blocking the uninstaller file as it thinks it is suspicious. It does this from time to time with files that are actually OK. There are a few ways to enable the uninstaller msi to run. Below is a video that shows how to do it via the Command prompt.
