2023–24 Liga 3 was the eighth season of the Liga 3 under the current name and the ninth season under the current league structure, and the only amateur league football competition in Indonesia. The tournament was organized by Provincial Association of PSSI for the provincial phase and PSSI for the national phase.

The top six teams from the regular round will be divided into 2 groups of three teams to play home-and-away round-robin matches. The group winners will advanced to the final and automatically promoted to the 2025–26 Liga 2 , while group runners-up will play in the Promotion play-off to determined which team will get the final promotion ticket.
Same as previous round, the winner and runner-up of each group advance to the fourth round. Fourth round: 8 teams are divided into two groups. The three best teams of each group are promoted to the Liga 2. The winner of each group also advances to the final. Final: The 2 group winners from the fourth round play in the final match.
