The International School of Minnesota (ISM) is a private, coeducational, nonsectarian PS–12 college preparatory residential and day school, established in 1985. ISM is located on a 55-acre campus in Eden Prairie, MN , southwest of the Twin Cities ( Minneapolis / St. Paul ) area of Minnesota .
ISM traces its modern roots to John R. Mott who established The Committee on Friendly Relations among Foreign Students in 1911, which was the first national ISM in the US. [ 4 ] [ 5 ] Some international Christian student organizations trace their origins back to the World Student Christian Federation. [ 6 ]
In 2004 the district opened California's 109th community college, Folsom Lake College, on the site to the east of Sacramento in Folsom. By 2005 combined enrollment in the district's four colleges was about 71,000 students. By 2010 combined enrollment in the district's four colleges was over 84,000 students. [1]
Perdew closed and combined with Grapeland on September 22, 1899, and in 1901, Grapeland combined with Etiwanda. On May 5, 1919, students from Etiwanda district started attending Chaffey Union High School District for grades 9 through 12. A portion of the Etiwanda School District was annexed to the Fontana School District in 1948. [2]

Cosumnes River College is a public community college in Sacramento, California. It opened in 1970, taking its name from the Cosumnes River which flows just a few miles to the south. As of Spring 2017, enrollment was at 13,091 students at its main and satellite campus in Elk Grove, California .
In 1965 the college became a part of the Los Rios Community College District and became American River College. Today, along with Cosumnes River College , Folsom Lake College and Sacramento City College , ARC is directed by a seven-member board of trustees elected by voters residing in the district.
