    Answer. CmdrKeene. Volunteer Moderator. Replied on July 27, 2017. Report abuse. "Settings" replaces Control Panel. Eventually the old "1980's style" Control Panel will be removed entirely. But for the time being, you can still reach it by running the command "control" (or "control.exe" if you like) from the Run box, or by making a shortcut to it.
