Genesis: In Concert documents the concert tour that Genesis embarked on in 1976, after their album A Trick of the Tail. This was the first album on which Phil Collins assumed the duties of lead vocalist (following the departure of Peter Gabriel). On the album, Collins sings lead vocals and plays drums.
The Musical Box are a Canadian tribute band formed in Montreal, Quebec in 1993 who recreate performances by the English rock band Genesis during the 1970s. [1] [2]Their last tour with guitarist Steve Hackett prior to his departure, and the first with Chester Thompson as their touring drummer, the tour was staged in support of their 1976 album Wind & Wuthering and their 1977 extended play Spot the Pigeon, visiting theatres and arenas from January to July 1977.
