From Education to Home or Pro is actually a downgrade, not an upgrade, even if you are talking about from 10 to 11. It is not supported. Unfortunately you won't be able to simply downgrade without losing data or app. A clean install is necessary.

The N editions doesn't include Windows Media Player, Skype, or certain preinstalled media apps (Music, Video, Voice Recorder).
