Madison Public Library is an official Passport Acceptance Facility for the U.S. Department of State. We offer passport processing and photo services (by appointment only). Passport Service Hours BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We can accept passport applications Monday-Saturday. Call the Library at 440-428-2189 to make your appointment.
