RAPID CITY, S.D. – Curtis Cummings, 39, of Rapid City, was convicted by a federal jury of Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance Resulting in Death following a three-day trial in U.S. District Court.
RCPD identified 18-year-old Marquise Walker of Rapid City as the deceased individual. RCPD says that they are still investigating the shooting and gathering evidence.
