A FROZEN loaf of Ezekiel 4:9 costs almost $5. I'm not big into the bread.. It's like cardboard, but the english muffins are badass!!! I just hit my local german bakery and get a loaf or 2 of day-old for like $1.50. The reputation of a thousand years may be determined by the conduct of only one hour.
Ezekiel bread gets moldy in the fridge quickly because its sprouted grain. Which means its alive. So its easy to carry bacteria. Which is why its supposed to stay in the freezer. That enables the grains to remain active which is why it works as well as it does for training. Its essentially a slow Carb.

Ezekiel bread isn't available in Ireland. The closest thing to it is sprouted wheat bread or spelt bread. There isn't a huge difference between the breads only Ezekiel bread is highest in fibre. 11-08-2023, 05:50 AM #12. Halliburt1.
