Chiba Prefecture (千葉県, Chiba-ken) is a prefecture of Japan located in the Kantō region of Honshu. [2] Chiba Prefecture has a population of 6,278,060 (1 June 2019) and has a geographic area of 5,157 km 2 (1,991 sq mi). Chiba Prefecture borders Ibaraki Prefecture to the north, Saitama Prefecture to the northwest, and Tokyo to the west.
Kita-Matsudo Station was opened on May 1, 1952 as Matsudo Keibajōmae Station (松戸競輪場前, Matsudo Keibajōmae-eki), a temporary station on the Japanese National Railways (JNR). The station was used only on race days for the adjacent Matsudo Racetracks. It was elevated to a permanent station on December 25, 1958.

Motoyawata Station (本八幡駅, Motoyawata-eki) is a junction passenger railway station in the city of Ichikawa, Chiba, Japan, operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East) and Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation (Toei Subway). It is the only station on the Toei Subway that is located in Chiba Prefecture.
Mobara Station opened on 17 April 1897, as Mohara Station (茂原駅, Mohara-eki) on the Bōsō Railway. It was absorbed into the Japanese Government Railways on 1 September 1907. From 1909 to 1926 it was also the terminal of the Chōnan-Mobara-Kan Jinsha Kidō ( 庁南茂原間人車軌道 ) , a human-powered railway extending to Chōnan, Chiba .
