[3] [4] The house occupies an irregular plot with frontage of 148 feet (45 m) wide on 89th Street to the north and 116 feet (35 m) on Riverside Drive to the west; the plot extends 100 feet (30 m) back from 89th Street.

The historic Colonial Revival house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 3, 2018, for its significance in architecture.
