Karachchi Divisional Secretariat is a Divisional Secretariat of Kilinochchi District, of Northern Province, Sri Lanka. It has a population of 61,484 (2012). [1]
Kilinochchi District is divided into 4 Divisional Secretary's Division (DS Divisions), each headed by a Divisional Secretary (previously known as an Assistant Government Agent). [8] The DS Divisions are further sub-divided into 95 Grama Niladhari Divisions (GN Divisions).

Divisional secretariats are the third-level administrative divisions of the country and there are currently [as of?] 331 divisional secretariats in Sri Lanka.
