OCT Harbour (Chinese: 欢乐海岸), formerly known as OCT Bay and Happy Harbour, is a large retail and entertainment complex in Shenzhen, China. It covers an area of roughly 1.25 km 2. [1] [2] and features amongst others, a manmade lake and canals, hotels and a shopping mall. It was opened to the public in 2011.
OCT East (Chinese: 东部华侨城) is a major entertainment and resort complex in Yantian, Shenzhen, China. [1] It was constructed at a cost of CNY 3.5 billion and covers an area of nearly 9 km 2 (900 ha; 3.5 sq mi; 2,200 acres). [2] Construction started in 2004 and it was opened in 2007.
One Shenzhen Bay is a group of skyscrapers in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. The tallest tower (tower 7) has a height of 341.4 metres (1,120 ft). Construction on tower 7 began in 2014 and the building was completed in 2018. [2]
