The problem I have with the Samsung TV plus channels is that the deleted ones re-appear anywhere from 2 days to 2 week intervals. OTA channels are not affected. In 2 1/2 months of owning model CU7000 50" TV I have had to RE DELETE the unwanted S+ channels approx 10 or more times.
A year ago the Live TV app on the system tray disappeared from my TV. It was a bit of a pain but at least I could still access the ‘guide’ and ‘channel list’ as a sub menu. Now, the only channels in the guide/channel list are from Samsung TV Plus/Rakuten. So I can’t watch live tv. WTF! Any advice please? Thanks
Every few days I go to switch the tv back on and all my tv channels have disappeared. On the TV guide it says no information and then I have to manually re tune the tv to find all the channels and store them. This happens every few days after watching the tv daily. I’m tuning the tv to “Freesat” on the tuning options. Thanks . James

When your TV runs low on memory cache, it can slow down. A cold boot will clear the memory cache on your TV. There are two ways you can do this: Press and hold the power button on your remote control until the boot logo is displayed. This method doesn’t work on The Frame models; Turn your TV off, then unplug it from the mains.
Hi, I bought a new TV a few months ago, and set up the apps and wifi to work, but couldn’t get the terrestrial/Freeview TV to work. It is just finding 128 Samsung channels, 0 digital TV channels, 0 radio etc. It is a UE32T5300CKXXU. The manual tune option is greyed out.
I have recently lost channels 101 to 105 (BBC One HD, BBC 2 HD, ITV HD, 4 HD and 5HD). I have all other freeview HD channels. I did have them on this TV before a resent restart (just to move TV), and on my previous TV, so I know I have access to them. Have tried restarting system, auto tuning and...
