Dropbox Sign. Reply. Megan. Dropbox Staff. 2 years ago. Hi mcnrodriguez, thanks for posting here!
Remember the size of a signature/initials box within a document (in HelloSign it remembered if a box was resized and all subsequent instances of that box would be the new size; with Dropbox on the signatures tab, I need to resize again every time.
Thanks for this info. This doesn't work for me, but before I go into detail, I'd like to make sure I'm logging into DropBox Sign correctly.
Every time I turn on my Mac, this drop box sign in prompt appears (second image below), and there is also a drop box logo in the menu bar on the top right corner of my screen (black strip, first icon in pic below). I never did anything to make this happen, and I cannot get rid of it. I have an old drop box account that I never use.
I can enter my (correct) credentials on the sign-in page, but instead of signing in, the page refreshes and returns to Dropbox home page, with no record of being signed in. I have tried on several browsers and the issue is the same. I have tried clearing my cache. My browsers and operating systems are up to date.
When you’re all set up, we recommend creating a Community account too, so you can find answers to your Dropbox questions and chat with other Community members - sign up or learn more here if you haven’t already. Don’t forget to sign up with the same email address as your Dropbox account, just to keep it all connected 😁
How do I sign out of Dropbox on my PC? The instructions from Dropbox say: Sign in to dropbox.com. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the upper right corner. Click Settings. Under General, click Delete account. However, there is no avatar or initials in the upper right corner.
Sign in is successful, and it drops me back to the sign in screen of the app again, click google, sign in, back to the sign in page. I have uninstalled the app, and downloaded the latest stable offline installer from your site, and the behaviour is still exactly the same.
Sign in to dropbox.com with your admin credentials. Click Admin Console. Open the Members page. Click the gear icon beside the name of the team member you would like to sign in as. Click Sign in as user. Click Sign in to confirm that you would like to sign in as the selected user.
The support team tipped me to remove two factor authentication (2FA), and when examining this, I noticed in Dropbox configuration it was set to OFF, while 2FA still was in operation - oddly enough. I switched 2FA to ON and afterwards managed to sign a document without errors.
