Atwater Apartments is an apartment skyscraper adjacent to the Streeterville neighborhood in Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. [1] [2] It was previously called Streeter Place. [3] The building was completed in 2009. It contains 54 stories, 480 units, and many amenities. [4]
The building was approved in December 2014, the same month Streeterville Organization of Active Residents approved the building. [5] The tower is located in the River East community of the Streeterville neighborhood, directly adjacent to Bennett Park and a half-block from North Lake Shore Drive. Site prep began for One Bennett Park in early 2016.
