Lamb, USA (ret.), (February 27, 1935 – January 5, 2018) was an American soldier and politician from Enid in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.Lamb served as the Oklahoma Secretary of Veterans Affairs from 1995 to 2011, having been originally appointed by Governor of Oklahoma Frank Keating and retained under Governor Brad Henry.

Also had Naval Air Technical Training Center Norman which taught the maintenance on the aircraft. The navy moved out in 1946 but came back in 1952 because of the Korean War.
