Senior year Lancaster was named first-team all-conference with career-high point game totals of 42 and 41. From 2005 to 2006, Lancaster led Spring Arbor to back to back National Christian College Athletic Association men's basketball champions. In 2007, Lancaster played professionally for Grand Rapids Flight in the International Basketball League.
